Focus on proactively uncovering customer needs, showcasing the advantages of the integrated technology, and delivering tailored solutions to address complex challenges.
Location: Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local hirify.globalns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin and Sydney) to be in office minimum twice per week.
Salary: The expected salary range for this role is $60,800 to $76,100 to $91,400 CAD. The expected new hire commission range for this role is $49,800 to $62,200 to $74,600 CAD.

What you will do
- Upsell and cross-sell hirify.global’s full suite of solutions.
- Convert qualified opportunities using telephone, email and product demonstrations.
- Use Salesforce.com to prioritize, organize, and set appointments for qualified leads and opportunities.
- Work with Support, Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs, Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers in order to provide solutions to customers.
- Forecast, negotiation and deal closures.
- Develop business cases for customers and prospecting into existing customer accounts.
Requirements
- 3 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
- 1 year of experience working in SaaS or other technology companies.
- Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products.
- Previous experience running demos and cold calling skills.
- A competitive mindset and a coachable nature.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav or similar is a plus and keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
