Business Development Representative (EdTech)

Location: Toronto, with in-person work in Toronto and online work globally; hybrid flexibility

Estimated compensation: $65,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Advise, inspire, and motivate professionals pursuing careers in technology.
• Drive revenue through outbound calls, emails, and video conferences with prospective customers.
• Build community through thought leadership events and digital learning initiatives.
• Use in-house revenue platforms to learn and apply sales best practices.
• Collaborate with product, learning design, and experience teams to develop digital learning products.
• Build long-term relationships with industry partners, organizations, and community leaders.
