What you will do

• Manage multiple cross-functional and technical IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Partner with functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules and risk analysis.
• Track program milestones, timelines, and deliverables using metrics and KPIs.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Drive internal process improvements and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of related project management experience.
• Must be based in San Ramon, CA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and manage project risks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Proficiency in creating project documentation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments with minimal supervision.
