What you will do

• Act as an expert on AI and automation, collaborating with department heads to map and optimize workflows.
• Support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams by embedding automation and AI into daily operations.
• Build and test automation solutions using platforms like Zapier, n8n, and custom APIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and re-engineer processes to scale operations efficiently.
• Create and manage a backlog of automation projects from scratch based on team needs.

Requirements

• Must be living within commuting distance of Leiden, Netherlands
• Proven experience in process automation and AI implementation.
• Technical knowledge of integration concepts and at least one automation platform (Zapier or n8n).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proactive and curious mindset with strategic partnership experience driving change initiatives.
• Good English communication skills.
