What you will do

• Identify and build high-leverage AI solutions that drive revenue or reduce costs.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows for procurement, pricing, and customer journey automation.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI systems, from commercial scoping to production monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to rebuild core platform engines.
• Measure and report the commercial impact of every technical decision.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Rotterdam, 5 days a week.
• Proven track record of building and shipping production-grade systems independently.
• Deep fluency in LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI infrastructure.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to define business cases before technical execution.
• Autonomous mindset with the ability to act without briefs or defined roadmaps.
• Strong architectural judgment focused on scale, cost, and reliability.
