What you will do

• Gather requirements for IC field failure root-cause characterization.
• Conduct literature surveys to identify state-of-the-art innovation opportunities.
• Develop data mining and analysis techniques using NLP and image classification.
• Train machine learning agents on IC failure datasets to build a robust categorization model.
• Contribute to real-world engineering objectives within the Analog Competency Center.

Requirements

• Must be a registered Master of Science student in engineering during the entire internship period.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• English: B2 level required for international team collaboration and documentation.
• Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time internship (40 hours/week).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CMOS circuits.
