Solutions Consultant (SaaS): Providing sales consulting support for hirify.global's SaaS platform, helping restaurant brands increase orders, streamline operations, and improve the guest experience with an accent on technical discovery and solution design workshops. Focus on delivering technical expertise to the deal cycle and serving as a trusted advisor to brands.

Location: Can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at hirify.global’s headquarters in NYC.

Salary: $99,500 - $135,850 annually with an incentive target of 50%, depending on the experience you bring and your location.

What you will do

  • Provide sales consulting support for an assigned base of opportunities.
  • Participate in discovery sessions to identify goals and workflows, and guide discussions about how hirify.global’s products can help brands achieve their goals.
  • Conduct technical discovery with prospects and customers to clearly define needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date and robust knowledge of hirify.global’s platform to deliver demonstrations targeted to the opportunity.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to brands and help define and design a high value offering using hirify.global products and technhirify.globalgies.
  • Build relationships across internal partners including Product, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, Engineering, Finance and Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of sales consulting experience at a B2B SaaS company and a proven track record of exceeding targets and metrics.
  • Experience supporting the sales or implementation cycles of SaaS solutions to operations, IT, and marketing functions.
  • Balance of sales passion and technical skills to foster confidence and excitement in hirify.global and our products.
  • Ability to distill complex topics into easy-to-communicate language tailored to your audience.
  • Ability to build partnerships, grow strong cross-group collaborations, debate respectfully, and lead group agreement.
