TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (Sales): Driving technical sales success by designing and delivering tailored solutions on the hirify.global platform with an accent on solution architecture, technical discovery, and multi-product demonstrations. Focus on leading complex technical sales engagements, creating compelling solution narratives, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.

Location: Remote within the United States (CO, TX, TN, SC, RI)

Salary: $108,000 – $122,500 USD annually plus commission and equity participation

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to identify customer challenges and map needs to hirify.global’s platform capabilities.
  • Lead complex discovery engagements to translate technical and strategic requirements into solution demonstrations and architectures.
  • Design and deliver multi-product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution narratives for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor through presentations, workshops, and executive discussions articulating the value of Customer Success and hirify.global.
  • Create solution storyboards and configure environments supporting value-based selling aligned with business outcomes.
  • Assist with technical documentation, solution designs, and responses to RFPs and RFIs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States with remote work allowed in specified states (CO, TX, TN, SC, RI)
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading complex technical sales engagements and delivering multi-product demonstrations.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a high-performance team.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or hirify.global architecture and integration methods (REST APIs, ETL).
  • Experience with relational databases (MongoDB, RedShift) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SaaS applications.
  • Contributions to sales playbooks, demo best practices, or enablement programs.
