What you will do

  • Manage the People Team Jira queue by triaging and resolving employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks, contract distribution, and system profile setup.
  • Handle offboarding administration to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Support payroll processes by creating and reviewing monthly reports.
  • Maintain high data accuracy and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve employee self-service resources.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or similar support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a highly detail-oriented approach to data management.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proactive service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in South Africa.
