What you will do
- Manage the People Team Jira queue by triaging and resolving employee inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks, contract distribution, and system profile setup.
- Handle offboarding administration to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Support payroll processes by creating and reviewing monthly reports.
- Maintain high data accuracy and compliance across all HR systems.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve employee self-service resources.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or similar support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a highly detail-oriented approach to data management.
- Proficiency or familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proactive service-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be based in South Africa.
