What you will do

• Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, leaves, and offboarding.
• Manage incoming employee requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Maintain audit-ready records and documentation to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and Finance to ensure secure data handling.
• Improve manual or outdated internal HR processes for better efficiency.
• Launch and track compliance training in partnership with legal and IT teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in People Operations program ownership.
• Must have experience with immigration case management and work-authorization compliance.
• Proven experience in administration of B2B contracts and global PEO/EOR-based employment.
• Analytical mindset with moderate Excel capabilities for auditing and reporting.
• Ability to autonomously handle high-volume administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with external software vendors.
