Client Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida or remote within Florida, United States; hybrid work indicated.

What you will do

• Advise an assigned portfolio of clients on technology, workflows, and operational improvements.
• Lead discovery sessions, analyze business processes, and recommend platform capabilities and solutions.
• Guide clients in adopting and optimizing Black Diamond functionality, integrations, digital workflows, AI-enabled experiences, and MCP capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations, training sessions, business reviews, workshops, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor adoption, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and develop action plans with clients.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, Implementation, Client Service, Relationship Management, and Sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in client-facing consulting, technology consulting, client success, implementation, relationship management, or solutions-oriented roles.
• Experience with technology platforms, SaaS solutions, fintech applications, or financial services software.
• Strong business process analysis, communication, presentation, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading client discovery sessions, workflow discussions, and solution recommendations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in wealth management, investment management, advisor technology, fintech, or financial services operations.
• Experience with digital transformation, workflow optimization, operational consulting, or change management.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation, API-driven ecosystems, integrations, MCP frameworks, and connected technology solutions.
• Experience delivering executive business reviews and helping clients adopt AI-enabled platform capabilities.
