Senior Solution Consultant (Strategy Collection)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; domestic and occasional international travel of up to 30% is required.

Base salary: US$132,219–US$207,975 annually depending on geographic pay zone; Canada CA$125,100–CA$163,325 annually.

What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to solve business challenges and achieve strategic outcomes through hirify.global products, practices, and solutions.
• Discover organizational, operational, and delivery dysfunctions and provide guidance on enterprise, program, and team-level ways of working.
• Map customer operating practices to product capabilities and design scalable solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and operating models.
• Create technical solution content and prescriptive guidance supporting customer goals and adoption outcomes.
• Identify service and product expansion opportunities and advocate for customer needs with internal teams.
• Travel for internal and customer-facing events, spending up to 30% of the time on domestic and occasional international travel.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience within SaaS companies.
• At least 5 years in customer-facing roles involving technical administrators through executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in enterprise agility, strategy and planning, organizational practices, and delivery improvement.
• Experience implementing, deploying, integrating, enabling, and driving adoption of enterprise strategy and planning tools.
• Direct experience with software development, Agile, or enterprise strategy and planning tools such as Strategy Collection, Rally, RTC, ADO, or VersionOne.
• Fluent English required; the role is available remotely in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP, or other AI integrations.
• Business proficiency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese.
• Experience coaching best practices and tailoring guidance for stakeholders.
• Experience working with large customers in a consulting or technical expert capacity.
