What you will do

• Execute projects that deliver value against CXO objectives.
• Lead and govern complex projects aligned to department goals and CXO organizational strategy.
• Document and track project results, measuring key indicators and quantifying program execution value.
• Provide strategic insights, analytics, and assessment for projects and ad-hoc requests.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating blockers to stakeholders.
• Facilitate process design and improvement activities with business partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in project execution, governance, and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Managed and facilitated meetings with a variety of stakeholders and demonstrated the ability to influence/drive consensus among cross functional teams
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
