What you will do

• Identify and improve existing operations workflows to enhance quality outcomes and reduce costs.
• Ensure vendors meet high standards for efficient customer outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to solve complex problems in product delivery.
• Analyze data and build reporting to drive cost improvements across third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a high-growth, operationally rigorous environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent operational acumen to spot deficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
• High level of ownership and willingness to tackle any problem, regardless of scope.
• Strong bias for action and ability to quickly launch and test solutions.
• Analytics-driven with the ability to manipulate data to identify opportunities and solutions.
