What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve existing operations workflows for better quality outcomes and lower business costs.
• Hold vendors to a high bar to ensure efficient and effective customer outcomes.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to solve pressing and complex problems in product delivery.
• Analyze data and build reporting to drive cost improvements across third-party vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a high-growth, high-ambiguity, yet operationally rigorous environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus.
• Excellent operational acumen to identify process deficiencies and implement scalable improvements.
• High level of ownership and strong bias for action, willing to tackle problems and launch solutions quickly.
• Ability to manipulate data to generate insights, identify opportunities, and solve problems.
