Salary: $94,700 - $126,700 USD

What you will do

• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects as the primary client contact ensuring high-quality experience.
• Partner with Delivery Manager to deliver implementations on time and ensure long-term client success.
• Lead scoping and discovery sessions to document business requirements.
• Configure hirify.global environments aligned with best practices and client needs.
• Conduct client training and create customized training resources.
• Identify and escalate risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Travel 20-30% for client on-site visits.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience including client-facing, project management, or SaaS implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and document thoroughly.
• Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player mindset.
• Knowledge of Excel and SmartSheet is a plus.
