What you will do
- Own end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) operations as a program, defining operating models and managing intake, prioritization, and escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, and supporting teams to ensure timely delivery of partner-connected initiatives.
- Lead readiness planning for launches and communications, managing brand, PR, legal compliance, and asset tracking.
- Drive external engagements with ecosystem partners, representing Engineering, Product, and Design leadership.
- Build scalable processes, tooling, and documentation to improve consistency and reduce friction.
- Identify risks and coordinate mitigation plans, escalating with clear context and recommendations.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States or Canada with ability to work remotely within these countries.
- 6+ years of experience in program management or equivalent cross-functional delivery roles in product/technology environments.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong operational judgment and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and status updates.
- English proficiency at least B2 level is required.

- Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market readiness.
- Familiarity with brand, PR, and legal review processes.
- Experience in incubation or early-stage environments with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with startup and developer ecosystems.
- San Francisco Bay Area-based preferred for occasional in-person participation and travel.
