TL;DR

Location: Must have the ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Mountain View, CA, or be located near the Mountain View office.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 non-exempt + benefits. Compensation is determined by role, level, and location.

What you will do
- Support community members via live chat and queue tasks, resolving product issues using critical thinking.
- Deliver empathetic, high-quality interactions and identify root causes to improve processes.
- Contribute to documentation, SOP improvements, and process refinement.
- Participate in shadow sessions and feedback loops to develop fluency in hirify.global’s product ecosystem.
- Actively seek feedback and demonstrate increasing ownership over outcomes.
Requirements
- Candidates located near the Mountain View office or familiar with commuting to the area are highly preferred.
- Must have the ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Internship, work, or leadership experience during school is a strong plus.
- Technical majors or coding bootcamp experience are highly valued.
- Curious, proactive, and coachable mindset with strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and comfortable working with data.
