What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operational workflows and quality assurance processes.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
• Lead recurring reporting efforts, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage and coordinate performance of third-party production vendors.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to bridge operational needs with technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of service delivery models to support high-growth scaling.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or equivalent data tooling.
• Deep understanding of RCM technology, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, 0→1 environments.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with visualization and analysis tools like Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or SQL.
• Prior experience supporting internal operations in a high-growth healthtech company.
