What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors.
- Own full-cycle responsibility for pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and meeting annual sales quotas.
- Drive deal strategy and territory planning while participating in customer meetings and executive briefings.
- Recruit and mentor sales talent to foster a culture of accountability and agility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure unified execution.
- Model operational excellence through rigorous adherence to the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Must have 5+ years of experience managing high-performing enterprise field sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas in high-growth, dynamic environments.
- Deep understanding of technical SaaS domains such as DEX, APM, or ITSM.
- Demonstrated operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline discipline.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
