What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Client Directors.
  • Own full-cycle responsibility for pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and meeting annual sales quotas.
  • Drive deal strategy and territory planning while participating in customer meetings and executive briefings.
  • Recruit and mentor sales talent to foster a culture of accountability and agility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure unified execution.
  • Model operational excellence through rigorous adherence to the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience managing high-performing enterprise field sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding annual quotas in high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of technical SaaS domains such as DEX, APM, or ITSM.
  • Demonstrated operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
