Salary: USA, CA, Mountain View - 162,700.00 - 220,200.00 USD annually; USA, MA, Boston - 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually; USA, VA, Arlington - 147,900.00 - 200,100.00 USD annually

What you will do

• Execute GTM strategy to grow AWS Generative AI & Machine Learning business through our partners in North America.
• Support partners across different stages of their development including practice development, offering/solution development, and leveraging AWS programs.
• Drive partner revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to exceed annual goals.
• Engage with partner management, field sales, solution architecture, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
• Serve as an AI & Machine learning subject matter expert who advocates for AWS partner capabilities internally and externally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 2+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems experience.

Nice to have

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
• Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
