Director/Senior Director, Strategic Solutions - North America, West (AI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States, or Redwood City, California, United States. Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time or more depending on business needs.

Salary: $160,000–$185,000 USD annual base pay, plus commissions and equity.

What you will do

• Consult with Global 1000 customers on digital transformation strategies.
• Develop high-value AI use cases, application roadmaps, and strategic customer engagement plans.
• Build strategic customer relationships and support achievement of digital transformation goals.
• Research and identify customer prospects and target accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing teams on new offerings.
• Drive alliance-partner business development, strategic account selling, and customer success.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Prior sales consulting or management consulting experience.
• Technical fluency in AI, machine learning, operations research, physics, mathematics, engineering, data integration, or computer science.
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s or MBA degree.
• Experience with and understanding of AI and machine learning.
• Experience in consulting, defense, intelligence, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, or energy.
