Location: Must be based in Denver, CO, USA

Compensation: $165,200 – $216,825

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with diverse partners.
  • Drive partner growth by scaling technical capabilities and certification programs.
  • Manage the entire alliance development lifecycle and 360-degree stakeholder relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.
  • Support partner-led sales cycles and deal registration processes.
  • Monitor ecosystem performance metrics to ensure target attainment and healthy growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct revenue accountability.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with SIs and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to organize priorities and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
