What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive joint business plans with diverse partners.
- Drive partner growth by scaling technical capabilities and certification programs.
- Manage the entire alliance development lifecycle and 360-degree stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.
- Support partner-led sales cycles and deal registration processes.
- Monitor ecosystem performance metrics to ensure target attainment and healthy growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development.
- 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct revenue accountability.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with SIs and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to organize priorities and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
