TL;DR

Databricks Partner Sales Executive (Sales): Drive go-to-market execution and partner pipeline creation with an accent on managing Databricks partnerships and co-sell opportunities. Focus on building C-level relationships, executing joint account planning, and aligning solutioning across cloud, data, AI/GenAI, and analytics.

Location: USA, Remote or Office (preferably West Coast and Midwest)

Salary: $180,000 – $220,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build and convert Databricks co-sell pipeline and lead joint account planning and close strategies
  • Track partner KPIs including pipeline, bookings, and ARR
  • Own the Databricks partnership and build C-level relationships
  • Participate in executive steering committees and architect scalable GTM frameworks
  • Mobilize partners like NVIDIA, AWS & Microsoft to amplify co-sell pursuits
  • Manage full sales cycle including proposals and closing, aligning solutioning across cloud, data, AI/GenAI, analytics, and modernization

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years in partner or alliances consulting sales
  • 3+ years experience with Databricks and 2+ years co-selling with hyperscalers
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for partner meetings and events
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Strong pursuit leadership with enterprise quota experience
  • Thought leadership in data modernization, data mesh, data products, AI/GenAI
  • Relevant partner/alliance certifications (Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, CSAP)
  • Executive presence and C-level engagement experience
