What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end inbound partner application and onboarding process for the hirify.global Marketplace.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new marketplace partners, overseeing qualification, due diligence, and account setup.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and resolve bottlenecks across legal, technical, and operational workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize partner pipelines and data accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance self-service onboarding capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, cybersecurity, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or business development in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for account setup, opportunity management, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational processes and coordinate effectively across internal teams.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of handling high-volume onboarding processes.
  • Experience with legal request coordination, security due diligence, and contract administration.

Nice to have

  • Financial services industry or risk lifecycle experience.
  • Previous software marketplace or platform ecosystem experience.
  • Background in process design, change management, or continuous improvement.
