What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end inbound partner application and onboarding process for the hirify.global Marketplace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new marketplace partners, overseeing qualification, due diligence, and account setup.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve bottlenecks across legal, technical, and operational workflows.
- Maintain and optimize partner pipelines and data accuracy within Salesforce.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance self-service onboarding capabilities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, cybersecurity, and technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in partner management, operations, or business development in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce for account setup, opportunity management, and data governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex operational processes and coordinate effectively across internal teams.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of handling high-volume onboarding processes.
- Experience with legal request coordination, security due diligence, and contract administration.
