What you will do

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive commercial innovation across BT Networks.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring services are fit-for-purpose and aligned with contractual commitments.
• Lead contract lifecycle management activities, including variations, price adjustments, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build partner strategies and resolve complex relationship challenges.
• Analyze performance data to create executive-level reports and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and coach professional team members to develop organizational capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in managing complex, multilayered partnerships and building robust end-to-end strategies.
• Strong background as a contracts manager with the ability to interpret commercial constructs.
• Experience in a telecommunications environment or similar technical industry.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to underpin recommendations and influence decision-making.
