What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of consultants and test analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
• Ensure successful project delivery by working closely with Services Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are well resourced and meet utilisation targets.
• Build trusted customer relationships by maintaining strong engagement with customers and acting as an escalation point.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and methods.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams by providing delivery insights and contributing to proposals and service improvements.
• Partner with the Services Director to coordinate key reporting and operational metrics, providing insights that support delivery performance and resource planning.
