What you will do

• Act as the operational backbone for agency partners, managing onboarding, troubleshooting, and tool implementation like OMS.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for deep client transformation through QBRs, feedback, and strategic business initiatives.
• Lead and facilitate end-to-end transformation workshops to redefine client objectives and build robust project plans.
• Influence C-suite executives to build trust and ensure the successful adoption of strategic roadmaps.
• Design clear, compelling narratives to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage analytical rigor to diagnose operational issues and measure the success of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Extensive progressive leadership experience in client-facing consulting or transformation roles.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale, cross-functional change programs with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for complex problem-solving.
