What you will do

• Define propositions in the medium term and work on continuing development.
• Support ongoing performance analysis, identifying growth opportunities and optimization areas.
• Determine growth levers to increase fan engagement, drive commercial performance, and broaden revenue streams.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support proposition strategy and business case development.
• Partner cross-functionally with Rights, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis to inform go-to-market recommendations and develop executive-ready presentations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or in-house strategy.
• Demonstrable experience using strategic analytical skills, including financial modeling and forecasting, market situation/trend analyses, and go-to-market plans.
• Strong experience in relationship management both internally and externally.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and communicate analyses effectively.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
• An understanding and interest in the sports and broader media industries.
