What you will do
- Execute projects aligned with Customer Experience Operations (CXO) objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, lead, and govern complex projects and deliverables.
- Document and track project results against defined milestones and report on key project indicators.
- Provide strategic insights, analytics, and assessment for projects and ad-hoc requests.
- Support strategic planning and governance processes, meetings, communications, and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks in partnership with project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders.
- Provided insight and analytics to support project planning and delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
