What you will do

• Generate and manage renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for clients
• Review and validate discount structures, proration, and payment terms for accuracy
• Maintain opportunity hygiene within the CRM to ensure data integrity
• Assist in the processing of won opportunities
• Support custom quote requests and provide training assistance to new team members
• Track and report personal team performance metrics daily

Requirements

• English proficiency required: Initial interview will be conducted in English
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Commitment to maintaining office presence in São Paulo

Nice to have

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Previous experience in high-volume administrative or sales support roles
