What you will do
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across Latin America.
- Drive sales growth for the Toppie demand-side product through strategic engagement with key retailers and agencies.
- Develop and execute media plans while maintaining close collaboration with supply-side partners.
- Act as an active voice for the brand by attending industry events and trade shows across the region.
- Develop deep subject matter expertise in the product stack, including ad-serving APIs and retail media platforms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media sales, digital agencies, or retail media.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, high-ownership deal cycles.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong structured thinking with the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
- Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client engagements and industry events.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail ecosystems, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish.
