What you will do

  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of media agencies and CPG brands across Latin America.
  • Drive sales growth for the Toppie demand-side product through strategic engagement with key retailers and agencies.
  • Develop and execute media plans while maintaining close collaboration with supply-side partners.
  • Act as an active voice for the brand by attending industry events and trade shows across the region.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in the product stack, including ad-serving APIs and retail media platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, digital agencies, or retail media.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex, high-ownership deal cycles.
  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong structured thinking with the ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
  • Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client engagements and industry events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail ecosystems, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish.
