What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Key Accounts team and coordinate daily task execution.
- Develop and mentor Key Account Managers and Executives through onboarding and continuous training.
- Monitor and analyze VIP performance metrics including active customers, retention rates, and GGR.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations and resolve issues with high-net-worth customers.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Player Services, and Support departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Approve budget spend for VIP events and gifting while ensuring quality control of VIP communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Demonstrated experience in VIP Account Management.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Data-focused, ROI-driven mindset with strong analysis and reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of the online gaming industry.
