What you will do
- Manage a defined vertical of enterprise accounts by balancing relationship nurturing with new logo acquisition.
- Conduct creative prospecting and lead generation activities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Perform comprehensive needs assessments to align software solutions with specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, channel, and alliance teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations.
- Navigate complex account dynamics using MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to secure contractual agreements.
- Forecast opportunities accurately and ensure consistent delivery against annual sales targets.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling software solutions such as cloud management, ITSM, ITAM, or security platforms.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong background in managing end-to-end sales processes without relying on overlay support.
- Proficiency in formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding annual sales quotas in enterprise environments.
- Ability to articulate complex IT cost and risk optimization strategies to executive stakeholders.
