What you will do
- Lead automation strategy and own multi-phase initiatives ensuring compliance and scalability in HR operations.
- Optimize workflows and architect end-to-end automated systems integrating HRIS, payroll, and case management tools.
- Develop and deploy AI tools and low-code/no-code automations with governance policies embedding human oversight.
- Build operational data models and analytics dashboards to support reporting, audit, and compliance.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and lead change management for AI and automation adoption.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to operational maturity and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be located in LATAM or Eastern Europe.
- Strong ownership and autonomy with experience managing projects from exploration to delivery.
- Experience in HR operations or shared services with knowledge of compliance and data privacy in regulated environments.
- Hands-on skills with low-code workflow tools (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n) and scripting languages (Python, TypeScript, JavaScript).
- Fluent English communication skills.
