What you will do
- Develop rigorous reporting and forecasting models to track sales pipeline, velocity, and growth performance.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including customer segmentation and resource allocation projects.
- Drive operational excellence by building automation and standardizing processes across various lines of business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to increase sales productivity and revenue incrementality.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the SMB business segment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for analyzing large datasets.
- Strong background in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the advertising industry or vendor-led sales organizations is highly valued.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Must be able to work from the New York office 2-3 days per week.
