TL;DR

Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead (Sales): Driving sales rigor, business insights, and operational effectiveness for the SMB sales organization with an accent on go-to-market motions and cross-functional strategy. Focus on designing scalable reporting, optimizing operational processes, and translating deep data analytics into actionable business plans to support rapid SMB growth.

Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to the New York office 2-3 days a week

Salary: $180,200–$252,300 USD

What you will do

  • Develop rigorous reporting and forecasting models to track sales pipeline, velocity, and growth performance.
  • Translate complex data insights into actionable strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Lead annual and quarterly sales planning, including customer segmentation and resource allocation projects.
  • Drive operational excellence by building automation and standardizing processes across various lines of business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to increase sales productivity and revenue incrementality.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the SMB business segment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, or investment banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for analyzing large datasets.
  • Strong background in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the advertising industry or vendor-led sales organizations is highly valued.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Must be able to work from the New York office 2-3 days per week.
