TL;DR

Account Manager Team Lead (Sales): Driving commercial growth and partner adoption of the hirify.global platform within the French market with an accent on consultative sales, monetization, and revenue KPIs. Focus on building high-value partnerships, mentoring team members, and optimizing platform utilization for beauty and wellness businesses.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Paris. The role is 100% on-site.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth and monetization targets by actively engaging with and educating partners on platform value.
  • Act as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partners, assisting with product adoption and business success.
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell payment solutions and features.
  • Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless partner transitions.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to optimize partner listings and conversion rates.
  • Provide actionable product feedback to internal teams to help shape future platform releases.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles.
  • Fluent in both English and French.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Must be available to work on-site five days per week in Paris.
