What you will do
- Drive revenue growth and monetization targets by actively engaging with and educating partners on platform value.
- Act as a dedicated advisor for a pool of partners, assisting with product adoption and business success.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell payment solutions and features.
- Build internal relationships with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless partner transitions.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to optimize partner listings and conversion rates.
- Provide actionable product feedback to internal teams to help shape future platform releases.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management or commercial roles.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Proven ability to analyze data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
- Experience working in an outbound call environment or related sales position.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach.
- Must be available to work on-site five days per week in Paris.
