What you will do

  • Retain and grow portfolio through sales calls, business reviews, negotiations, and regular check-ins.
  • Consult merchants on revenue and marketing optimisation, leveraging hirify.global's paid products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on enterprise Go-Lives and integration quality.
  • Manage co-marketing activities in partnership with Marketing team.
  • Build and share case studies and best practices to scale account management across the team.
  • Provide insights to improve product, model, and integrations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a similar account management role and/or as a business consultant, preferably in fields related to e-commerce or BNPL
  • French native or near-native level (C1-C2) to speak with merchants
  • Full working proficiency in English (B2+)
  • Strong commercial instincts – negotiate, upsell, and build lasting partnerships
  • Data-driven and proactive – spot opportunities.
  • Comfortable with KPIs and sales processes built on clear leading indicators

Nice to have

  • You speak any of these additional languages : Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.
  • You hate inefficiency—when you see a broken process, you fix it.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and prioritize without hand-holding.
  • You communicate clearly and directly (no "corporate speak").
  • You care about the merchant experience, not just completing tasks.
  • You have previous exposure to startup/scale-up environments.
