TL;DR

Account Executive (Cloud Intelligence): Managing the full sales cycle and identifying new prospects across various segments with an accent on solution pitching, deal management, negotiations, and closing complex technical partnerships. Focus on developing regional strategies, cultivating relationships with AWS Sales Leaders, and partnering with engineers to solve technical challenges for prospects.

Location: Remote, must be based in Canada, ideally in the Toronto area.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle, consistently hitting quota and pipeline targets.
  • Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and maximize market share.
  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve technical hurdles for prospects.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure all proposals reflect hirify.global’s brand.
  • Guide customers from initial curiosity to successful contract execution, ensuring a world-class onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS or IaaS products and platforms.
  • A proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding the nuances of consumption-based models.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Technically minded, with an in-depth understanding of the technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for AWS products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
