What you will do

• Identify, engage, and contract with insurance carriers and brokers across the APAC region.
• Act as a primary liaison with partners to ensure alignment and adherence to service level expectations.
• Research regulatory environments and provider ecosystems to inform market entry strategy.
• Coordinate partner governance forums, tracking actions, risks, and project outcomes.
• Design and operationalize Business Continuity Planning frameworks to safeguard service delivery.
• Develop playbooks and best practices to ensure scalable growth across new markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, pensions, or insurance.
• Deep knowledge of the benefits ecosystem and regulatory frameworks in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Australia.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong relationship-building skills with partner-facing experience.
• Professional qualifications in employee benefits consulting, business administration, or insurance.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in handling data and market research.
