What you will do

• Execute the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with corporate business goals.
• Identify and evaluate new collaboration opportunities across the global financial services landscape.
• Negotiate and finalize complex partnership agreements to drive mutual value.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships, tracking performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within financial services.
• Master’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, regulatory landscapes, and emerging tech like open banking and digital payments.
• Proven ability to manage regional teams and navigate matrixed global environments.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working with cross-border teams and navigating complex regulatory environments.
