TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Fintech): Identifying strategic accounts and building pipeline for a fast-growing security company with an accent on prospecting, multi-channel approaches, and efficient objection handling. Focus on using AI to amplify skills, demonstrating curiosity, and applying sound judgment to improve efficiency and impact in a startup environment.

Location: Must be able to commute to the office 3 days per week in Sydney, Australia.

What you will do

  • Understand hirify.global’s value proposition and product.
  • Identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting and maximize efforts by developing sequences in Outreach.
  • Coordinate meetings on account executive’s calendars and log activities.
  • Efficiently and gracefully counter objections.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating Sales role.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Nav.
  • Be a self-starter who enjoys creating process and procedures for a scaling business.
  • Be highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative for hirify.global.
  • Be able to commute to the office 3 days per week.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen their work.

  • Japanese language proficiency.
