You will lead strategy and execution to drive adoption of onchain financial primitives. You will identify high-leverage market entry points, originate and close complex partnerships, and ensure successful product integrations. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and partner teams, represent the company externally, and publish thought leadership to accelerate adoption.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate development
Proven track record of closing and scaling complex deals with payment platforms, neobanks, custodians, or embedded finance providers
Deep understanding of fintech infrastructure including wallets, custody, card issuing, stablecoins, and compliance tooling
Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, especially Ethereum and Layer 2 concepts
Strategic thinking and ability to map fragmented fintech value chains
Experience interfacing with C-level stakeholders and navigating multi-party partnerships
High agency and ability to build 0→1 partnerships and GTM strategies
Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving markets
Responsibilities
Define and lead strategy for global fintech, payments, exchanges, and financial institutions
Identify high-leverage market entry points
Source, structure, and close high-impact partnerships
Drive adoption of onchain wallets, stablecoins, and embedded finance SDKs
Negotiate complex commercial agreements
Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure successful integration and onboarding
Channel market feedback to influence roadmap decisions
Represent the organization at industry events and publish thought leadership
Build and maintain relationships with wallets, stablecoin issuers, banking-as-a-service providers, and L2s
