TL;DR

Sr. Partner Sales Manager (Fintech): Driving sales alignment and go-to-market strategies with system integrator partners to strengthen the collaboration between hirify.global and these SIs, thereby driving mutual business growth. Focus on developing business strategies, go-to-market motions, and relationships with partners.

Location: Hybrid, Toronto office with an estimated 50%+ presence required.

Salary: CA$151,200 - CA$198,450

What you will do

  • Work closely with the sales team to identify strategic SI partners and create comprehensive joint account plans.
  • Identify partner solutions, offerings, and capabilities that help drive expansion and consumption of hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
  • Assist system integrators in navigating the sales process, including education, deal registration, pricing, and proposal support.
  • Monitor the performance and commercial outcomes of joint initiatives with system integrators.
  • Ensure consistent communication and collaboration with system integrators during pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of partner experience, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Canadian SI partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong problem-solving skills.
