What you will do

• Drive product roadmap execution while contributing directly to the codebase on a daily basis.
• Manage, mentor, and support the well-being and career growth of the OpenAEV integration squad.
• Define clear objectives, anticipate blockers, and ensure project ETAs are met through proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to refine priorities and architectural direction.
• Perform meaningful code reviews and uphold high engineering standards across the team.
• Integrate AI tools and methodologies into development workflows to boost team productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in team management, preferably within a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Strong background as a Software Engineer, with deep expertise in Python.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain, including knowledge of competitive landscapes and industry partners.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, async-first environment.
• Strong interest in AI and experience leveraging LLMs or automation to improve productivity.
• Excellent leadership, ownership, and communication skills to guide a diverse engineering team.
