What you will do

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 5-10 engineers including backend, frontend, mobile, and QA.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-value product features for B2B financial solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of innovation, research-driven development, and rapid iteration.
• Ensure high code quality and system scalability to support rapid expansion across European markets.

• Proven experience in engineering leadership or team management roles.
• Strong background in building and delivering complex B2B software products.
