What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial planning to production and customer delivery.
• Drive professional growth and mentorship for team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new talent into the engineering team.
• Define and implement team goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver features.
• Serve as an R&D focal point for field teams and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead managing teams of 4+ engineers
• Strong knowledge of AWS, SaaS products, and CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Technical expertise in Python, Java, or C#/.NET
• Proven ability to learn complex systems and manage stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

• Experience with C++ and Windows internal protocols
• Background in information security
