What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of a secure platform for AI agent identity, permissions, and execution context.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive design and implementation of core services with a focus on performance and security.
• Enforce engineering best practices including observability, testing, and secure coding.
• Actively contribute to critical architecture paths and prototyping.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards of resilience and security in production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a product-driven environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on backend or systems development using Python, Go, Java, or C#.
• Experience or strong interest in identity, authentication, authorization, or secrets management.
• Ability to build cloud-native systems and work with modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Thrives in ambiguity and able to drive complex technical tradeoffs.
