Senior Customer Success Manager (UAE)

Location: United Arab Emirates; remote-first role serving customers across the MEA region

Compensation: 440,000.00 AED OTE, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for industrial customers across the MEA region.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Conduct business reviews, monitor customer health, identify risks, and support expansion opportunities.
• Manage renewals, retention efforts, escalations, and at-risk account recovery plans.
• Represent customer feedback internally and collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Travel across the region as needed, up to 30%, to build relationships and drive engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with industrial control systems, OT security, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to manage complex customer relationships and influence key stakeholders.
• Experience with MEA clients and regional business practices and cultures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, independent working, and cross-time-zone collaboration skills.
