Associate Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA, with required office attendance 3 to 4 days per week

Base salary: $78,000–$107,250 per year, with potential incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Support a portfolio of customer accounts in realizing value from hirify.global products and services under the guidance of a Technical Account Manager or Senior Technical Account Manager.
• Handle customer support escalations, resolving issues or escalating them further to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support customer lifecycle activities, including adherence to Customer Success Plans and engagement models.
• Assist with customer coordination, project support, and accurate updates in internal systems of record.
• Coordinate scheduling and preparation for licensed Professional Services and Advisory engagements.
• Build foundational knowledge of hirify.global’s cyber operations, digital risk protection, third-party risk, fraud, services, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of intelligence concepts, frameworks, tradecraft, cybersecurity tooling, and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of common security frameworks and basic intelligence concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Customer-focused growth mindset and strong curiosity.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, intelligence studies, or a related field.
