What you will do

• Design and develop AI solutions by defining model architecture and implementing optimal approaches.
• Collaborate with product, UI, data science, and DevOps teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Perform data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality training datasets.
• Maintain and monitor AI model performance and manage model retraining cycles.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and frameworks to drive continuous system improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Colombia or Brazil.
• 5–6 years of experience in Data Science, AI Engineering, or ML Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ML model development, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and calculus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for AI model deployment.
• Familiarity with AIOps practices.
• Knowledge of clinical trials or healthcare domains.
